Recently, Puxin Refractory completed the installation and commissioning of two new high-temperature shuttle kilns, which have officially entered production operation. Both shuttle kilns are equipped with automated control systems and digital monitoring equipment, marking a substantial step forward in the intelligent upgrade of our production processes.
The two newly commissioned shuttle kilns both adopt high-temperature design, capable of meeting the firing process requirements of a wide variety of refractory products. The dual-kiln configuration not only ensures the stability of batch production but also provides flexible scheduling space for different products, effectively improving overall production efficiency.
Each shuttle kiln is equipped with a dedicated electrical control cabinet, enabling automated control of key parameters such as heating curves, soaking duration, and cooling rates. Compared with traditional manual adjustment methods, automated temperature control significantly reduces the risk of human error, ensuring firing consistency across every batch of products.
In the kiln control room, industrial computer screens display real-time temperature curves and telemetry data for each kiln. Operators can review historical records at any time and receive timely alerts for abnormal fluctuations. This digital system also provides reliable data support for subsequent quality traceability.
For refractory materials, the firing process directly affects the density, strength, and service life of the final product. By introducing these automated high-temperature shuttle kilns, Puxin Refractory aims to achieve more stable firing control, delivering products with greater consistency and longer service life to our customers.
Looking ahead, Puxin Refractory will continue to advance the intelligent transformation of production equipment, driving product quality improvement through technological upgrades, and creating greater value for customers in the industry.
